The bill (Reg. No. 2459) suggests determining that the quality certificate of grain and grain processing products is the document that testifies correspondence of quality of grain and grain processing products to the state standards, technical conditions and other normative documents or to conditions of external economic agreement (contract) issued by central body of executive power that implements state policy in the sphere of monitoring (control) of agro-industrial combine.
It was proposed also to set unlimited compliance certificate validity of grain storage and grain processing products storage (current validity of the document is one year).
